Douglas L. Miller, President
With 39 years experience, Doug has extensive knowledge in all facets of the real estate industry. He is involved with his team in all aspects for the on-boarding of new facility contracts, as well as oversite of the day to day management requirements and issues that may arise. This extends to contract reviews, budgets, monthly financial analysis and major policy decisions. See Doug’s Bio for more information.
Tom Kroth, CPM, RPA, General Manager
Tom joined The Jacobs Group in 1987 as general manager of The Galleria & Tower at Erieview where he supervised a building expansion that included a 200,000 square foot retail center. In 1990 he was promoted as the general manager of Key Center, which includes the 57-story Key Tower, the attached historic Society for Savings Building, an attached Marriott hotel and an adjacent underground parking facility. Tom is an active IREM and BOMA member and BOMA Certified Instructor, having served as President of both organizations as well as having the distinction of being named as “Manager of the Year” for both. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with two Bachelor’s Degrees in Administration Management and Real Estate, respectively.
Curt E. Sonntag, RPA, FMA, SMA Chief Engineer, Key Tower
Curt joined The Jacobs Group at Key Tower in 1996 as a Building Engineer and steadily moved up the ranks while gaining invaluable technical and leadership experience along the way. In 2012 he was promoted to the position of Chief Engineer where he currently oversees the many aspects of the Engineering Department including staffing, training, budget implementation, capital projects, construction review, contractor supervision, preventive maintenance, and code compliance just to name a few. Curt believes that an environment rich in collaboration and inclusiveness is key to a successful Engineering Department, especially of this scale. Curt is highly active in the BOMA Greater Cleveland organization and is one of the exclusive few that hold three BOMA professional designations. Curt also chairs the Professional Development committee and is active in other relevant BOMA committees. In 2016, he was the recipient of the prestigious BOMA Star award for his involvement, commitment, and professional accomplishments. Curt is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College where he received an Associate of Applied Science degree. He also attained a technical degree from The West Side Institute of Technology. He believes that one can never stop learning and growing regardless of their position. He leads by example, loves all things mechanical, and often rolls up his sleeves to work with his crew when the need arises.
Pat Osborne, RPA, SMA, General Manager
Pat has 38 years experience in facilities management with MCG and its predecessor organization, the Richards E Jacobs Group, in positions of Chief Engineer, Operations Manager and General Manager. Pat has been involved in the opening of some of this regions most prestigious buildings: the Galleria and Tower at Erieview, Key Center and Eaton US Headquarters. He has the following certifications and accreditations:

- RPA – Real Property Administrator
- Third Class Steam engineer License
- Certified Refrigerant Transition and Recovery License
- BOMA Cleveland Board of Directors
- Association of Facilities Engineers Member
Robert Simmons, CEM, Chief Engineer, Property Manager
Bob has 19 years experience in commercial property management, 8 of those years as Chief Engineer for five buildings since 2012, and as Property Manager for two buildings since 2017. He has an Associates Degree in Environmental Systems Technician, and is a Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers. He also a BOMI certified System Maintenance Technician and Chairs the BOMA Cleveland Engineer Committee. He is OSHA Compliance Certified in Arc Flash, Shock Hazard and NFPA 70E. Bob is also an Eaton MESH Champion of Electrical Safety, Contractor Management, Hot work, Energy Control, Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection and Ladder Safety and the Site Responsible Person Training at Eaton North Carolina facility.
Paul Bouley, Security Manager
Paul Bouley has been in the position of Security Manager with the Millennia Commercial Group since 2017. Previously, he was the Director of Security with Stark Enterprises at Crocker Park for thirteen years, as well as the Security Director for the Cleveland Botanical Garden, and the Security Manager for the Cleveland Museum of Art. Paul relocated to Cleveland in 1998 after a successful (10) year enlistment in the United States Air Force as a police officer to include duty stations in Iceland, the Philippines, Las Vegas with the arial Thunderbirds, as well as (3) tours in Desert Storm. Paul has been a member of ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security) since 2004 and is involved in several downtown Cleveland safety groups such as the Downtown Cleveland Alliance, Cleveland Fusion Center, Westshore Community Emergency Response Team, and works on safety protocols with local safety forces. In 2008, Paul obtained his State of Ohio Fire License to assist ownership in the Life Safety and Fire Alarm aspect of his position, as well as obtain several certificates concerning the Federal Emergency Management Association and Homeland Security.
