Premier Building Management
MCG is providing integrated facilities management services for some of the premier properties in the Midwest.
The 1.8 million sq ft Key Center complex encompasses the 62 story Key Tower, the 400-room Marriott Hotel and the 982 space garage. It was opened in 1991 by the same MCG team, then part of the original developer, that continues to manage the property today. It is home to the Key Bank headquarters, three of the US leading law firms, and 16 other professional offices. It has a daytime population of over 3000 occupants.
Oatey World Headquarters
Located in Cleveland OH is the new World Headquarters for Oatey, Inc, the market leader in high quality plumbing products. MCG has been part of the facilities management since the opening of the building in 2017. The entire project, from the parking lot to the energy systems, were all designed to have minimum impact on the environment.
Located in the heart of downtown Cleveland at 9th street and Euclid Ave is the historic Centennial Building. This redevelopment project with involve the transformation of the 1.4 million sq ft building with state of the art systems and improvements, all while preserving the world class historic architecture. It will become a mixed-use destination with office space, apartments and retail. MCG has been involved with the initial planning and programming for operational designs, and will also provide facilities management for the project. The scheduled completion is 2023.
Omnova Solutions World Headquarters
Omnova World Headquarters is another part of the MCG facilities management portfolio. Omnova is one of the world’s major suppliers of specialty chemicals. The building opened in 2014 under the guidance of the MCG team, which continues to manage the property today.
Eaton US Headquarters
This 638,000 sq ft complex is the US Headquarters of Eaton Corp, the premier worldwide power management solutions company. The building opened in 2013. The current MCG team was part of the initial commissioning and opening of the building, and continues to provide facility management services. The complex is on the cutting edge of technology, and set the standard for efficient, sustainable design and operations.
