Grovewood Manor, located in Youngstown, Ohio, is an affordable housing community for seniors or individuals with a disability. Built in 1978, Grovewood Manor has not had a significant rehabilitation since its original construction.
Recently, Millennia completed the preservation financing that will not only improve the physical structure, but will also ensure that the community remains an affordable place to call “home” into the foreseeable future.
The transformation centers on the residents and their diverse needs; it include supportive services, such as annual on-site dental and vision services, access to medical care services, and assistance with daily living activities.
