This holiday season, the Riviera Beach community came together to create Christmas magic at Azure Estates! The Friends of Riviera Beach Schools, the Secret Santas of Tiara, local officials and an entire crew of volunteers, including the city’s Public Works employees, worked with the Millennia property management team to make this an exciting and memorable Christmas for the families at Azure Estates; this group arranged for the children to receive not just one of the gifts from their wish list, but ALL the gifts on their wish list.
One team ordered, organized, stored, and wrapped 360 gifts, and another team guided the items down from the Secret Santas of Tiara’s location to a rented 26-foot truck for delivery to Azure Estates! From there, Santa and his elves delivered the gifts to each apartment in a “sleigh”!
Special thank you to the community leaders, including Patty and Alan Wiley, Councilwoman Botel, Ray Lowe, J.B. Dixson, Marybeth Coffer, the City of Riviera Beach, and the Riviera Beach police, among many others for their amazing effort.
Earlier this week, Councilwoman Botel, J.B. Dixon, Marybeth Coffer and Beatrice, property manager at Azure Estates, held a BBQ for the residents. Santa arrived on the Fire Truck an delivered small gifts to all the children – a precursor of what was to come. The children even decorated the ornaments that adorn the tree.
Adding to the excitement, 16 families moved into newly renovated apartments within the last two days! The development is undergoing a $17 million rehabilitation.
