We are excited to announce Craig D. Behm as Vice President of Information Technology. In this role, Craig provides hands-on, visionary, and strategic leadership for the Information Technology (IT) function at The Millennia Companies®. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Craig is responsible for implementing organizational systems, software applications, IT support, and infrastructure systems to support corporate and field operations.
Previously, Craig oversaw various disciplines of IT, including property and building technologies, and led the effort to create an internal customer relations team throughout his 18-year career at Forest City Enterprises. In addition, Craig played a critical role in integrating property systems through acquisitions, dispositions, and new developments. After Forest City Enterprises, Craig joined QIC, an Australian-based real estate asset management firm, where he oversaw all IT operations for the United States-based properties as part of the Global Real Estate division. Most recently, Craig served as the Director of Infrastructure at Exactcare, a pharmacy company specialized in fulfillment and home delivery for a variety of patients across the country. Craig has earned the certification of Business Relationship Management Professional. Craig reports to Michael Pico.
