Malisse Sinito

As President of Savour Hospitality Group (Savour), Malisse Sinito sets the strategy for and oversees the operations of a dynamic collection of culinary establishments that offer guests a wide range of experiences from fine dining to fast casual. While the concepts differ, Sinito ensures that the common thread among the top-tiered restaurants is a commitment to quality and excellence.

The restaurateur, known for having unparalleled standards, started her culinary career in 1992 at Lockkeeper’s in Valley View, Ohio. It is there that she led the transformation of an unassuming neighborhood pub into a sophisticated mainstay that enchants guests with fresh, flavorful Italian cuisine inspired by her own ancestry.

The evolution of Lockkeeper’s was only the first of several transformations that Sinito would facilitate as she elevated the culinary scene in downtown Cleveland by opening the critically acclaimed Il Venetian and Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar, two of the finest dining experiences available in the region. Shortly after opening in 2017, Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar, set in a meticulously restored opulent historic bank hall, quickly became a top dining destination, earning numerous accolades and attracting international clientele.

In addition, at Key Center in Cleveland, Sinito oversees operations for St. Clair Ballroom, a distinctive and elegant location for events and celebratory occasions, and she recently added Savour Coffee and Creations to her business ventures. Savour Coffee and Creations along with Marble Room Sushi operate from Key Tower, the premier office tower between New York and Chicago.

Equipped with an entrepreneurial spirit, Sinito continues to spearhead new projects as she plans to open a second one-of-a-kind fine dining restaurant, The Century Club, inside the world’s largest bank hall at the former Union Trust Building, a property owned by The Millennia Companies® (Millennia). When she is not creating new or revamping existing hospitality concepts, Sinito serves as Secretary Treasurer for Millennia, a real estate enterprise founded by her husband and business partner Frank Sinito.

Sinito earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University. As an active alumna, she serves on the Board of Trustees. Most importantly, throughout her 35-year career, Sinito has never lost site of her mission and mantra, which is to “treat all guests as if they were coming into your home.”
