As Operations and Asset Manager for Millennia Housing Management, Ltd. (MHM), Frank Sinito, Jr. focuses on directing and managing preparation for inspections of federally assisted housing developments, serving as asset manager, providing operational support, overseeing regional maintenance and facilities managers, as well as corporate site visits. Having managed operations at both conventional market-rate properties and affordable / senior apartment developments, Sinito’ s experience with a diverse multifamily real estate portfolio has allowed him to successfully guide apartment developments in a direction that not only meets but exceeds MHM’s standards. Previously, Sinito worked as a property manager, and as an intern in the property management and development divisions at The Millennia Companies®. In addition, Sinito has obtained the following industry-related professional accreditations: Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), all administered by the National Center for Housing Management. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Market and Culture at Southern Methodist University’s Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences.
