Angelica Sinito serves as the Chief Investment Officer at The Millennia Companies®, where she leads the strategic direction and execution of all investment activities across the organization. In her role, Angelica focuses on managing property dispositions for Millennia’s affordable housing portfolio and overseeing relationships with lenders and equity partners. She is responsible for guiding the company’s capital markets strategy, investment portfolio performance, and transaction execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals, risk management practices, and long-term growth objectives.
Angelica plays a key role on the Executive Committee and works in close partnership with the President/Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Legal Officer to align investment strategy with broader operational and legal priorities.
Prior to her current role, Angelica served as Vice President at Millennia, where she focused on portfolio growth strategy, established new debt and equity platforms, and led the execution of Tax-Exempt Bond and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions. Her work has supported multi-million-dollar renovations that have preserved the affordability of housing communities in need of reinvestment. She also facilitated Year 15 and market-rate transactions, including two notable adaptive reuse projects that revitalized historic buildings in downtown Cleveland.
In addition to her work in development, Angelica has led Institutional Investor Relations, communicating Millennia’s mission, impact, and performance to key partners and stakeholders. Before joining Millennia, she worked at Related Companies, where she focused on high-yield credit investments across multiple asset classes, and at R4 Capital as an analyst.
Angelica earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where she concentrated in Finance and Real Estate.
