Kevin Milluzzi

As Vice President of Talent Acquisition for The Millenia Companies®, Kevin Milluzzi is responsible for providing direction and strategic leadership to the recruiting function. He brings a hands-on approach to driving the recruitment process forward. Kevin has extensive experience building and leading talent acquisitions departments in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare.

Kevin attended Bridgewater College in Virginia where he graduated with his degree in History and Political Science. While a Cleveland native, his interests in sports, hiking, and snowboarding brought Kevin and his wife to Colorado where he led mid to large regional and national high volume recruiting teams. After eight years and the birth of his two daughters, Kevin and his family moved back to the Cleveland area to be closer to family. Prior to joining Millennia, Kevin was contracted to create a centralized recruiting function with Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland and implemented their Applicant Tracking System. In that role, he built out and managed the newly created recruitment team for the organization driving successful hiring strategies.
