James K. Wells

James K. Wells joined The Millennia Companies® in 2007 as a knowledgeable and skilled accountant in the real estate industry. As Vice President for Millennia Housing Development, Ltd., Wells is responsible for all aspects of project management in developmental operations, including underwriting potential new properties, obtaining regulatory approvals and certifying development costs, among others. Notably, he is credited for syndicating more than $1 billion in housing credits for development projects in his management portfolio.

Previously, Wells was Senior Associate at RSM McGladrey, a large national accounting firm, where he serviced several real estate clients ranging from developers and construction contractors to both small and large property managers. Wells has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accountancy from John Carroll University and is the recipient of several awards that recognize his commitment to professional excellence.
