As Regional Vice President of Operations, Frank leads and oversees operations for 48 properties, totaling 6,069 multifamily units, in eight states, including Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana; additional regions will transition to his leadership this year.

Frank is a knowledgeable and compassionate leader, who will be key in supporting the teams in the field, implementing new processes to support occupancy, and overseeing substantial rehabilitations to enrich the lives of residents.

Most recently, Frank was Operations and Asset Manager for Millennia Housing Management, Ltd. (MHM), where he focused on directing and managing preparation for Real Estate Assessment Center inspections of federal assisted housing developments, serving as asset manager, providing operational support, overseeing regional maintenance and facilities managers, as well as conducting site visits.

Having managed operations at both conventional market-rate properties and affordable / senior apartment developments, Frank’s experience with a diverse multifamily real estate portfolio has allowed him to successfully guide apartment developments in a direction that not only meets but exceeds MHM’s standards. He will use this in-depth knowledge of the portfolio and market to inform and develop the market-rate acquisition strategy in collaboration with the ownership group.

Previously, Frank worked as a property manager, and as an intern in the property management and development divisions at The Millennia Companies®. In addition, Frank has obtained the following industry-related professional accreditations: Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), all administered by the National Center for Housing Management. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Market and Culture at Southern Methodist University’s Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences.
