Arthur Krauer

As Executive Vice President of Compliance and Community Affairs, Arthur Krauer supports the management and development companies on compliance issues and high-profile projects such as Steamboat, Gabriel Towers, Bankhead, and Forest Cove. For compliance, Arthur provides overarching leadership and support, particularly in compliance investor relationships. Also, he works to improve interdepartmental communication as it relates to compliance matters. In addition, Arthur has leadership responsibility over Millennia’s public policy, community relations and governmental affairs efforts.

Arthur Krauer has more than 25 years of experience in housing development and public policy experience. His experience includes leadership and development positions with the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Testa Builders and Conifer Realty. Previously, Arthur served as co-chair for the Advisory Committee for the National Council of Housing Market Analysts as well as a national subject matter expert for Enterprise Community Partners, President Obama’s Domestic Policy Council and the Corporation for Supportive Housing. In these leadership capacities, he provided oversight and direction regarding the low-income housing tax credit development pipeline.
