Angelica Sinito

As Vice President at The Millennia Companies®, Angelica Sinito focuses on portfolio growth strategy, establishing new debt and equity platforms, and completing Tax-Exempt Bond and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions. These transactions support multi-million-dollar renovations and preserve the affordability of multifamily affordable housing developments, many of which have experienced years of decline. She also facilitates Year 15 and market-rate transactions; recent projects include two key adaptive reuse developments of historical buildings in the heart of downtown Cleveland. In addition to her responsibilities in development, she is responsible for Institutional Investor Relations at The Millennia Companies®, a role in which she regularly communicates Millennia’s mission and impact. Prior to Millennia, Angelica worked at Related Companies where she focused on high yield credit investments across all asset classes and as an analyst at R4Capital. Angelica earned her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business where she studied Finance and Real Estate.
