American Preservation Builders LLC (APB), a general contracting firm, specializes in multi-family housing rehabilitation and general construction management services. APB services include the acquisition process of evaluating properties and planning for construction and renovation on through major property rehabilitations and general construction services. American Disaster Restoration (ADR), a division of APB, manages the Insurance claim process when damage occurs. This may include stabilization, insurance support, mitigation and rebuilding.

APB has completed major renovations to over 100 properties and thousands of units including new construction community buildings, playgrounds, and general offices on many of these projects. APB staff has hundreds of years of combined experience in rehabilitation, new construction, service work, disaster recovery, and design/build construction services.
