Angela Shuckahosee
Director of Resident Advocacy, Quality Assurance

Angela has served as the Director of Resident Advocacy since 2017. As the Director of Resident Advocacy, Angela provides training, ongoing support, and quality assurance for Millennia’s 45 service coordinators, and assists staff with utilizing social services to help residents age-in-place successfully. In addition, Angela helps residents across the portfolio with questions and concerns, and acts as a liaison between residents and the corporate office.
Prior to Millennia, Angela served as Executive Director of Cleveland Tenants Organization, a non-profit that educated renters on their rights in rental housing and organized resident groups to resolve issues with their landlords.
Angela is a graduate of the Levin College of Urban Affairs with a master’s in Public Administration and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Communication from the University of Kansas. She has served on numerous non-profit boards as well as the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority Audit Committee and the Ballwin Wallace University Political Science Advisory Board.
