Millennia Housing Management, Ltd., hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 17 to celebrate the preservation of 184 units of affordable housing for families in the Louisville community. The multi-million-dollar rehabilitation at Watterson Lakeview Apartments consisted of significant improvements to the interior, exterior, common areas, mechanicals and safety features at the property. Residents, public, private and non-profit partners attended the event.
